Shipping

We offer complimentary free shipping on all Australian orders over $150 AUD. 
For orders under $150.00 a flat standard shipping fee of $13 AUD is charged. 
Standard shipping takes 2 to 8 business days. 

In-Store Local Pick Up

For our local customers, we offer free in-store pick up at our Ballina Boutique. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours.

Returns & Exchanges

At Willow & Zee, we do not offer refunds or cancellations for change-of-mind purchases. However, we understand that finding the perfect fit is important, and we're happy to assist with size exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

• Have all original tags attached

• Be returned within 14 days of delivery

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended to send via a trusted postal service and ensure tracking numbers are held until the exchange has been processed.

Exchange processing time takes 1-4 business days from the date of delivery. 

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we're here to help. This is not the experience we want for our customers.

Please contact our team at willowandzee1@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including a brief description of the issue and clear photos of the fault. Once we review your claim, we'll work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
